Innovating from within
Cambodia

Promoting development through innovation from within, rather than external aid.
We aim to provide opportunities to make this a reality.
To foster innovation, diverse talent and a platform for discussion are necessary.
An Ideathon is well-suited for this purpose.

Support
Reliable Support System

We provided support to facilitate teamwork by offering lectures on ideation methods and mentoring for group work. To promote effective idea generation on the day of the ideathon, we plan to create video content for preliminary learning.

Practice
Putting learning into practice

Over 2 days, teams work for a total of about 10 hours to thoroughly consider solutions. Many teams utilized the thinking methods introduced in the lectures to challenge themselves to generate better ideas in a limited time. Teams that passed the first round of judging gave presentations on the second day.

Feedback
Voices from Participants

Participant A

Student

I'm glad I participated in this event.
Students from various universities gathered, developing each other's ideas and receiving good stimulation. The biggest attraction is that participants can take the stage and present their aspirations for the near future in the technology field.

Participant B

Student

They gave us the opportunity to showcase our abilities and provided a place to learn how to build teamwork. Moreover, it was very meaningful to meet peers from other universities and, above all, to have the chance to interact with mentors and judges with rich experience and knowledge.
Also, many friendly foreign guests and volunteers participated in the event, allowing us to enjoy international exchange.

Participant C

Mentor

I'm really happy to see all participants smiling and actively generating more ideas. It's also gratifying that they want to participate in the next event.

Organizing a Kids Ideaathon

2023, Kids Ideathon in cambodia was held on short notice at the idea of Mr. Takei, President of Mars Flag Inc.Due to its popularity, this year's event has been expanded in scale and content compared to last year's.
In addition to experiencing the ideas of Japanese executives who do business in English and Chinese on a daily basis, the program is designed to help participants acquire the ability to come up with ideas on their own.
